Introduction:

“To control scale deposition and particulate fouling within membrane separation systems like reverse osmosis (RO), nano-filtration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) and other supposed to be affected areas” is the main feature of OLKLIN-ASR-5.

Contents of the OLKLIN-ASR-5:

The product contains uniquely prepared organic phosphonate, polymers and corrosion inhibitor.

OLKLlN-ASR-5:

• Effectively controls scales including calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate.
• Compatible with all of the leading RO membranes.
• Maintains cleaner membrane surfaces by dispersing particulate foulants.
• Effective over a wide pH range.
• Decreases frequent shutdowns, periodical cleaning and servicing of the system.
• Reduces extra energy, manpower, expenses and forcefully untimely-allotted time.

Application:

For maximum effectiveness, OLKLIN-ASR-5 should be added prior to static mixer or cartridge filter housing.

Dosing:

Typical dosage range is between 2 and 6 mg/L. More precisely it is 3 to 5 mg/L.

*Important Note: Over and under dosing may cause membrane fouling so please contact the supplier to define the optimal feed point and dosage rate.

Maximum Dilutions:

Maximum dilution is temperature related as shown below.

Packaging:

55 kg to 220 kg HDPE carboys / drums.
