Introduction:

OLKLIN-CIC-3 is a nitrites base Closed loop cooling water treatment provides superior corrosion inhibitor to multi metal system, operating at high or law temperature. The product is recommended for internal combustion engines, water heating system, chilled water circuit and other closed system, containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Application of OLKLIN-CIC-3 in engine–jacket cooling waters precludes the necessity for pre-softening or demineralising this water. Prevent deposits, scale, and sludge and resultant losses in heat transfer of mechanical efficiency caused by high-mineral water. It does not affect non-metal components.

It maintains head pressure for optimum cooling, provides excellent protection to steel, copper, brass, aluminium etc and increases life of equipments.

Usage method:

OLKLIN-CIC-3 may be added directly, as received, to the engine –cooling system. For chilledand hot-water systems, OLKLIN-CIC-3 may be added directly to close circulating water from the drum, with a by pass feeder or any convenient means. General idea of dose is approx 4000ppm to maintain nitrite level of 700-900ppm on initial stage and then 2kg per 1kl of make-up water.

Safety and handling:

OLKLIN-CIC-3 is almost non-hazardous. Keep the container closed when not in use. The product should not be swallowed and prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. Should it come in contact with the eyes, flush with clean & cold water and get medical attention.

OLKLIN-CIC-3 is available in 50/ 220Kg HDPE barrel.
