Dynamic On-line Scale Remover For Boiler Systems
General:
OLKLIN-DYNA-DB is a polymer based on-line cleaner and scale remover developed for use in boiler water systems. It helps in the removal of scale build-up in water systems using the dispersion method. The product is thermally stable and designed to supplement boiler system scale and corrosion inhibitors and offers an excellent alternative to the scale removal process by shutting down the system.
OLKLIN-DYNA-DB is quite suitable to clean-up boiler water systems whilst they are operational.

Product Application / Feed rate:
Application rates for OLKLIN-DYNA-DB will vary from 20 – 2000 ppm in the system water depending on the severity of the scale/deposit build-up,
When cleaning heavily fouled systems care should be taken to prevent clogging of screens, strainers, and lines. Under such circumstances it may be advantageous to use OLKLIN-DYNA-DB in conjunction with a side stream filter.
Feeding:
The product can be feed along with other water treatment chemicals in small portions daily.
Observation:
Observe the blow down water quality. Initially it will milky-hazy containing lime and other scale which gradually will look clean on removal of scale deposited in the system.
